The site and its support team

Flix IPTV and IPTV Services have the same owner. IPTV Services handles orders, viewing access and shared support. For a privacy question or a request about your information, email contact@iptvservices.online with the site name, nature of the request and a relevant order reference. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

The main journeys

• You can read the pages and compare viewing plans without creating an account on this site.
• The device assistant runs locally and saves its selected setup in browser session storage.
• The free-trial and help tools prepare unsent messages; you choose whether to send them using a contact application.
• Tawk.to loads automatically once per page and can receive technical data before you start a chat.
• Viewing checkout, third-party player downloads and payments continue on the respective provider’s service.

Hosting and native assets

Vercel serves the static website. Like other hosts, it processes technical request information such as an IP address, browser, page address and request time to deliver and protect the service. Technical logs may be retained by the host. See Vercel’s privacy policy.

Our fonts, images and site scripts are served from this site. We do not install our own analytics or advertising scripts. Automatic third-party chat has separate processing, described below.

Device choices and browser session storage

The device assistant stores your chosen device family, variant and player in browser session storage so you can return to that setup during the tab session. The assistant offers a reset option. Its code builds the result locally rather than submitting the choices as a support request.

Plan choices can appear in a page address so a link preserves the selected connection count; the canonical page address stays free of that selection. The first-entry animation uses a session flag to avoid repeating its two-second display during the same tab session. These local indicators are separate from chat identifiers. Do not enter passwords, full playlist links or router-administration details in general setup questions.

Trial and help drafts

The trial request composer builds an unsent message from the fields you choose to provide. It does not save the draft in browser storage, an account or a database and does not send it to a form backend. Editing an answer clears the prepared draft so you can review the new version before opening a contact application.

The help request composer also prepares text locally. A draft is not a submitted request, order or activation. You can review, edit or discard it in WhatsApp or your email app, then decide whether to send.

Automatic live chat

Tawk.to operates the shared chat for IPTV Services. Its script loads automatically once on each page, without requiring a click. It may process your IP address, browser details, page address and service identifiers and may use cookies or browser storage to maintain a conversation.

When you type and send a chat message, its contents and the contact details you provide are processed by Tawk and shared support. Closing the widget does not undo technical information already transmitted on loading. Your browser or blocker may prevent it loading; email and WhatsApp remain available. Email and WhatsApp

A contact link opens your own application with the shared support address or number and sometimes a prepared message. You can change it before sending. Your email or WhatsApp provider and IPTV Services then handle the information under their practices. Keep a request limited to relevant details rather than sending account credentials or card information.

Checkout and attribution

Viewing-plan checkout links carry the selected duration, simultaneous connection count, full USD total and product reference. They also include utm_source=flixiptv.one, utm_medium=referral and utm_campaign=subscription to identify this site as the source.

Information entered afterwards, such as order or payment details, is handled on IPTV Services or its payment provider, not in a card form here. See the IPTV Services privacy policy. Our local trial is a separate unsent request journey and does not redirect to a seller trial form.

Third-party player links

The download and setup guidance links to app stores, developer sites and manufacturer sources. Following one opens that provider’s service, which has its own privacy practices, software requirements and payment terms. We do not sell Flix player activation or collect a player’s MAC address or activation key through an activation form on this site.

Hosting, chat, messaging, app-store and payment providers may process information outside your country. Their policies explain their own processing and retention.
